Payments and Return Policy for RAAP Memories

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept the following forms of payment: Razorpay, PayPal, Gpay [Other payment methods, if applicable]

All payments are securely processed through our online payment system. You may be directed to their website to complete the payment process.

PAYMENT POLICY

70% of the payment is required upon placing your order. After payment is received, we will send you a proof (only SOFT COPY) of your memory album for your review and confirmation through email only. Printing of your memory album will ONLY commence once you have approved the proof and the remaining payment is done.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and refund will be done. Once the design work starts, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you will get only the SOFT COPY of the design work and not the album.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of our memory albums, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an album has been printed and shipped. Each album is custom-made to your specifications and approved by you before printing; therefore, it is not eligible for return and refunds. So, please make sure before your confirmation on printing.

However, if there is an error in the printing process or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will take the following steps:

Printing Errors: If you receive an album with a printing error that deviates from the approved proof, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your album with photographic evidence of the error. Upon verification, we will reprint and ship a corrected album at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Products: If your album arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with video evidence [full opening video of product without cut] of the damage. We will assess the damage and, if applicable, reprint and ship a new album to you.

Condition of Returned Product: Product must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of albums that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In the case of printing errors or damage during shipping, RAAP Memories will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the corrected album.
